A Florida "Will" Guarantees Probate! What The Heck!!!
Did you know that a “Will” guarantees Probate in the state of Florida? The big misconception out there is that if I “have a will and my assets are below a certain level, then I do not have the court system called Probate”. That is not true! That begs the question of “How do you avoid probate?” To get that answer, you will need to watch future videos that get posted!
The point I am trying to make here is the following: a Will = Probate. Unless, you set things up a certain way which I will discuss in future videos.
