When Does It Make Sense To Maybe Not Hire An Attorney In Your Personal Injury Matter?
How do I know if I need an attorney in a “Personal Injury” matter? That is a great question and there is no right or wrong answer to this question. However, the answer is “it depends”. In my opinion, if you have very minimal injuries and very minimal treatment, then it may not make sense to have an attorney involved with the case. Remember, the law firm will take 33 1/3% pre-suit or 40% if it goes to litigation. Thus, if your injuries were very minor and you did not really treat enough, a lot of times an attorney will not be able to get you much more than what you could get on your own.
