If I Get Hurt On The Job Do I Have A Case?
Hey everybody, Andy here. Here’s a question. If I get injured on the job do I have a claim and the answer to that question is, it’s complicated, but I’m going to answer it this way.
If you get hurt on the job you have a workers compensation claim which means that you are barred from suing your employer. You can’t go after your employer if you’re hurt on the job, however your employer, as long as he qualifies, will have workers comp insurance which means that you can go to workers comp doctors to get better. The question becomes are there other areas where you can go after other people in a situation where you’re hurt on the job and the answer to that question is yes, but you’re gonna have to watch another video.
