If I’m In A Car Accident How Do I Get My Car Fixed?

A topic that comes up is when I have a client that got injured in an accident. They want to get their car fixed. Assuming it’s not their fault, there’s two ways that you can get that done. One is you can go through your own insurance company or two is you go through the company that caused the accident.
So, if you go through your own insurance company you need to be aware that you’ll still have to deal with your deductible and all those other things that you deal with when you’re dealing with your own car, however you will get that reimbursed at the end, but a lot of the clients don’t like to put money out like that and they like to wait and the reason that’s important to understand is that if you want to get your car fixed quickly you’ve got to go through your own insurance. Otherwise you have to take the time and we have to wait for everything to be resolved on the other side before the other side’s insurance will take care of it and pay for your damage to your vehicle.
