Is It True Only The Rich Need Estate Planning

So there’s a big misconception out there and I wanted to kind of dismiss that misconception and the issue is only the wealthy need to have estate plans put into place, and that’s not correct. My goal here is to make sure you understand that estate planning is meant for everybody, it’s not just for the wealthy. You don’t have to have a million dollars worth of assets to have an estate plan put into place. In fact, I always tell my clients that if you have a house and you have bank accounts, and you might have some other assets, it may not total a lot, but guess what? They’re assets and we need to protect them in case God forbid something happens to you.
