Andrew Rosenberg
Helping Florida state residents with all of their estate planning and personal injury legal needs.

Hey everybody, Andy here.

I'm going to talk today about scooters. These Vespa scooters or these electric scooters that you can rent downtown or wherever you want to rent and you can just kind of leave it wherever you want. Well they're becoming more popular and unfortunately people are getting in accidents with those things and the question becomes what happens if i get in an accident with a scooter?

The answer is it's a personal injury matter, however it's treated differently. A scooter is going to be treated just like a motorcycle, and that has to do with where it gets very confusing, it has to do with the florida no fault and the pit benefits.

I'm not going to go through it all, but what you need to understand is that if you were in an accident with a scooter you should contact my office. We can talk further about it and I'll explain to you the differences of how that affects with the no fault.

Hope you found that worthwhile. If so please like or comment on my video below, in addition please subscribe to my YouTube channel. As always check out Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter and Instagram as I'm always putting up information that hopefully is worthwhile, and then finally I have to ask you to visit askandylegal.com. I have lots of real good information regarding personal injury and slip and fall matters and it's free so check it out.

Thank you.
