What Is In A Florida Police Report

January 28, 2022

Hey everybody, it’s Andy and today’s topic is police reports.

I’ve done this in the past but I want to go in a little more detail on this video about what actually you’re looking at in the police report. Clients are asking me that all the time, so real quick, I’m talking about Florida police reports. Other states are different in that Florida police reports usually, not always, but most of the time, when they provide information and vehicle one information, the driver information, insurance information etc. That’s usually the driver that’s at fault so just realize if they wish you as driver one usually that means you’re at fault driver two driver three driver three or four you’re not at fault normally it’s not all always the case but just be aware of that in addition they also provide diagrams and an explanation as to what happened in regards to that accident.

Hope that helps. I hope you found this worthwhile. Please like the video, in addition please make some comments below on the YouTube channel I’d appreciate it, and subscribe to it. Finally, I’d love for you to subscribe to Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter and Instagram accounts, and as always check out askandylegal.com lots of valuable information.

Thanks you.
