What Is Personal Injury?
Hey everybody, this is Andy Rosenberg from the Law Offices of Andrew G. Rosenberg PA and I’m here to help with regards to personal injury matters.
This video is actually a real simple video which is, what is personal injury? Well it breaks it down into three different areas. One is the auto accident case which is obviously you’re in an auto accident, you get hurt you need a representation for your pain and suffering.
Another, slip and fall, would be the second type of personal injury matter which is also known as premise liability which is where, maybe as an example, you might be in a restaurant, you slip and fall on something, you get hurt, you have injuries. That’s a slip and fall case, whether it’s an actual case or not. There’s a lot of other factors. You can watch other videos in that respect.
The third type of personal injury matter typically is what’s known as medical malpractice. Obviously that’s where you’re getting some sort of medical treatment and there’s some sort of damage done to you and the doctor did something wrong.
So those are the three types of areas for personal injury. Again, auto accident, slip and fall or premise liability, and medical malpractice.
