[post_content] => Hey everybody, this is Andy Rosenberg from the Law Offices of Andrew G. Rosenberg PA. I'm here to try and help you with regard to car accident questions.
On a prior video I talked about uninsured motorists or underinsured motorists. It's UM protection, there's another issue that is involved with UM it's called stacking UM and what the heck is that? Well stacking UM basically means that you can multiply the amount of coverage that you might have, so for instance, let's say that you have a 10 20 policy for UM and you have three cars and you stacked it so what we do is we take the three cars times the amount of coverage which is ten thousand, so that means that there's thirty thousand dollars per particular accident.
Let's say you had two cars. Well you take the two cars times the ten twenty situation. In this case it would be ten so ten times two is 20 20 000. That's what stacking means. It's really important.
Again insurances are really important in general. If you don't know what you're doing please talk to your insurance agent or contact our office so that we can try and help.
I hope you found this worthwhile. If so please like or comment on my channel and also subscribe. In addition I have several social media areas that you can check me out on. Finally we have something called askandylegal.com, please check that out as there's lots of information that I think you might find worthwhile.
Thanks and have a good one!

[post_content] => Hey everybody, Andy again here. Today's topic is UM coverage.
I've covered it in the past but I want to go in a little more detail about stacking versus unstacking. It's an important topic. Stacking again is if you say you have a 100 300 UM policy and you have two cars in your household then it doubles it so it goes from 100 300 coverage to 200 600 coverage. That's stacking.
If it's unstacked it's basically 100 300. And here's the main point that iIwant to bring out. Normal rule is stacking follows the person, unstacking follows the car, so if you're in an accident and you have a car that you're in and it's your car and it does not have UM coverage and it's stacked you're okay. But if you have unstacked coverage it may not have UM coverage.
I hope that was worthwhile. Again please like, subscribe and comment below in regards to my YouTube channel. In addition if you like what you hear please subscribe to my Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram and Twitter accounts. Finally I have an askandylegal.com website, check it out, there's lots of valuable information.
Thanks and have a wonderful day!

[post_content] => Attorney Andy here and this is a very important topic. It actually came up today and I had to deal with it.
It is the question can I take money from a doctor or a chiropractor if i'm injured in a case to go treat with them? The answer to that question is no, that is illegal, you cannot get money under the table from a doctor or a chiropractor or from an attorney for that matter to handle their case. That's illegal. If that happens you need to run away!
I hope that you understand how how vitally important this is, to make sure you do not do something illegal because that will affect your case down the line. This is serious stuff that we're talking about. If you're in an accident you need to have legal representation to make sure you're protected at all times. Contact me at 954 954-755-7803 or always look at askandylegal.com for lots of free information that should be of importance to you.
Thanks, take care.

[post_content] => Hey everybody, this is Andy Rosenberg.
I'm here to help with your personal injury matters.
A question I get a lot of with clients is if we go into litigation how does that work? Well most cases don't go into litigation so that's number one. If it does go into litigation it's a process. There's what's called the complaint where we have to file a complaint in interrogatories which are written questions and then the other side will do an answer and do their own interrogatories.
Then there's the discovery process which basically is when we do motions with the court. We do depositions under oath where we ask you questions or the other side asks you questions and then we go to mediation and hopefully try and settle the case before it actually goes to the actual court and to try the case. In general, most trials about 95 to 98 of the time never get to the courthouse steps, they get settled.
I hope you found this worthwhile. If you did please like subscribe or comment on the YouTube channel and if you want there's lots more information I think you may find valuable at askandylegal.com.
Thank you.

[post_content] => Hey everybody, this is Andy Rosenberg and I'm here to help with your personal injury matters and questions that I get from my clients involving when we go to trial or we file a lawsuit. The question is how often does it actually go to the trial itself and the answer to that is not very often.
In general, as a general rule i'd say 95% to 98% of the cases that actually get a lawsuit filed never get to the courthouse steps. Between the filing of the
lawsuit and all the discovery, the mediation and getting to the courthouse that's all that processes before you get to the courthouse steps. Actually 95% to 97% of the time will settle, so I hope that answers your question.
If so please either like comment or subscribe to the YouTube channel and in addition please check out askandylegal.com with much more valuable information take care.

[post_content] => Question: Can I get hurt in a low-impact car accident (a “fender bender” or small rear-end collision)? The answer is yes, according to Coral Springs Car Accident Lawyer
This is a common question our personal injury office gets. People want to know if it is "worth" hiring a personal injury lawyer after a more "minor" car accident. Often, people are curious if getting a car accident attorney is "worth it" if it was a low-impact rear-end collision and a fender bender accident in South Florida.
Our answer is an enthusiastic YES. If you are hurt in a car accident - period - you should contact a car accident lawyer to handle your personal injury claim.
Rear-end collisions and fender benders can still be injury claims. Even at a low speed, you can still get injured in a car accident even if it's not incredibly "serious." If you are hurt in an accident, at all, and experience whiplash or soreness, etc., that can constitute an injury from the car accident.
Most of the time, a lower impact car accident is going to result in injuries to your neck, or head, sometimes your back. Even from a very low-speed car accident, people can get concussions or serious whiplash injuries.
You likely won't break any bones, but the point is you can still sustain injuries that need treatment AND injuries that mean you deserve compensation.
Whiplash, for example, is a compensable injury and you can get whiplash in just about any car accident in South Florida. Anything that affects your physical body in a car accident entitles you to rights for treatment and compensation.
This is a silly example, but you hurt yourself when you bend down to reach for a pencil on the ground! So, imagine the immeasurable more impact on your body when you get hit by another car. You can definitely have whiplash and other issues that affect your physical body.
