One of the important things that you need to remember if you’re ever in in a situation where you have a slip and fall and you get injured or you’re in a car accident and you get injured, one of the most important things you can do is actually take videos or take pictures of the scene. It’s important and the reason it’s important is because one of the first things that I would look at is I’d want to see what you fell on or what the scenario looked like at the slip and fall situation in a car accident situation. I’d want to see the damage to your car. I’d want to see the damage to the other car or cars involved. I’d also want to see the positioning of the cars that might help in regards to potential liability issues down the line when it comes to determining who is liable and who is not liable. So again the importance of this video is to remember if you’re ever in that situation, always take videos and or photographs.
